I have Windows XP/SP2, Internet Explorer 6.0. My download time when
accessing certain websites takes too long, and some pages or websites I
cannot access at all. I thought I had a powerful computer, but evidentally
that is not the case (I think). I know how to check for spyware, defrag,
dump
temp files, etc... my computer is fine. Is there anyone out there that can
look at my computer stats that I will email and tell me what is wrong, or
perhaps I need to upgrade to 'whatever' to stop this irritating
experience?
I would so appreciate some help.

Go to the speed tests at www.dlsreports.com and see what your connection
speed really is. That is a likely place to start.
