IE7 problems......

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

hello all,

several problems i'm experiencing. for starters, this computer is
running multiple accounts, each account seems different in a bad way.
one account is utterly perfect while the rest suffer from odd
disorders. they are varied but all but that one account share the same
problems.

1. starting up IE7 takes you to the runonce which shows nothing but a
blue screen because the page has an "error" as it says on the bottom
left of the window where the status bar is.

2. flash is disabled and any attempts at reinstalling it were
unsuccessful. I uninstalled and reinstalled it from the perfect
account but the other accounts are almost "isolated" or something in
that the change doesn't affect them...

3. There's an icon in my start menu for a "Microsoft Update". Clicking
this or manually trying to get to MU causes a blank page with "done"
or "error" written on the bottom left where the status bar is.

How separated are the settings for each user account? Clearly
something is going on here because one account is perfect, while the
others don't share the same level of perfection and are sort of
"isolated" as I mentioned before.
