Was working on improving performance on old Dell laptop. One reboot to main
user account and all shortcuts and program access links on desktop
disappeared. All software still works. Is there an easy way to recover
them? Set restore point before began work, but going back means having to
repeat a lot of steps. Was looking for easier way.
