My personal D: partition is NTFS and has no "security" tab. Only has
"general", "sharing", "customize". Under recovery console i enter
admin password, i enter prompt with no problem. The problem starts
from now on. For example if i prompt "del something" ("someting"
refers to a kind of folder") i get "access denied". But while under
normal XP operating with Windows explorer there is no problem about
accessing.

Try this:

About the missing security tab. This is only visible when simple file sharing is disabled (xp pro). Xp home users needs to boot into safe mode
