We recently upgraded 30+ PC's and notebooks from Office 2000 to Office 2003.
All OS' are XP Pro. But some of the PC's since display an error every time
they shut down which is:
Explorer.exe - Application Error: The instruction at 0x00a8737e referenced
memory at 0x0007fffc.
Click Ok to terminate the program
Click on cancel to debug the program.
They always click Ok and the PC shuts down normally. All PC's have the same
Windows Updates installed, there is nothing to distinguish those that get the
error from those that don't.
FYI Outlook wasn't installed on any.
Can anyone help?
Thanx
