System Restore to a point/date before you ran Crap Cleaner
and Autoruns. You've likely broken the links to Upper/Lower
Filter drivers for the optical drive.

I installed and ran autoruns.exe and ccleaner. My computer runs faster, but
now I don't have either my cdrw or dvdrw. I see them in Device Manager
with
the yellow exlamation point. It says "a driver (service) for this device
has
been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality.
(Code
32) Tried to update driver, uninstalled drives, and ran New Hardware
manager,
and still nothing.
Please help?!?! What do I do now?
