the links are not working.

Sorry, Paul... When I wrote that the links don't work, I meant
that the html files that are decompiled have links that don't work.
I'm in the middle of cleaning up links and creating an
index file with each command and a short description.

It has been a while since I used the help workshop to disassemble a .chm,
modify some bad style specification and reassemble the .chm. At that
time, it worked for me.
