All toolbars come with great promises but all turn out to be BS. The only
one I use is AI Roboform and I pretty much can't do without it. I use FF
though.

Besides the fact that IE7 sucks royally, you probably have an add on
like a Yahoo or Google bar that IE7 doesn't care for. Try right clicking
on the IE7 icon on the desktop and opening it "without add ons". If it
works fine, start removing add ons until you find which one isn't
compatible with IE7.
Grin... Yeah, when you go to a service call at a persons house and they
cant navigate, you often find 8 toolbars installed in IE :)
