You can change settings via the Control Panel/Internet Options.
Once your system is clean merge line 225:

When I go to click on internet options it blinks and shuts before I can
even
click on anything , this is getting really annoying , I want to change
settings but it won't even allow me access to the options , am running
Version 7.0.5730 with XP and service pack 2
Is this just another way to make me want to upgrade to Vista ?
