Windows Messenger and Live Messenger are two apps, Windows Messenger is up
to V4.7 and Live Messenger is V8.1, you can download Windows Messenger from
the MS Site...

Hello. I have the latest version of Live messenger. When I click
start/help
and support/invite a friend to help by remote. Next screen tells me,
"Windows messenger is not installed.
Anyone help please?
