I don't know if this is the correct group for this, but here it goes...
I'm trying to install an application - electronic medical claims - and on
the computer I want to use, the install program gives an error of
class definition scripting.filesystemobject is not found
I've tried disabling my antivirus (McAfee) including the scripting scanning,
but still no go. The s/w WILL install on another system (both Dells).
Running Windows XP Home, service pack 2. Updates are up-to-date.
Any ideas?? I've searched the web, and Microsoft support, but no luck.
If this is the wrong form, please direct me to where I should repost this
question.
Gene
