I used to use the virus scanner sold by Trend Micro but these
days I prefer ETrust (http://shop.ca.com/virus/antivirus.aspx).
It will protect up to three PCs.

I had tried to do System Retore but is not worked.
I found my PC is extremely slow and totally no respond when I trying to do
System Recovery.

This looks like a virus infection. Scan your machine with a good
virus scanner and/or use System Restore to go back to a point
before the problem started.
