Source CD's needed

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I picked up an old HP 510n without any source CD's. I need to wipe the HD
and reinstall XP. The XP Product Key is on a sticker on the side of the
machine. How do I obtain source CD's? I called HP and they couldn't help me
due to its age.

Thanks for any help,
