Thanks for the prompt reply.
The problem I have is that opening a folder on the computer is not on the
list. Normally in the past I have opened the folder on the computer
navigated
to where I want to copy the camera files and transferred them.
Now that option is not available on the pop up menu. It gives options like
open with: Word; Picassa; Publisher, etc but not just a folder as per
normal.

Yes, Windows has recognized the device and has the appropriate driver
installed. I believe you are describing the dialog that appears when
Windows
does not know what action to take with a device. So..., plug in the
device.
When the dialog appears select the option you want and check the "Always
do
the selected action" check box. Click OK.
