Hi KC,
Try this:
Click Start, Run and type:
reg export "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0" "%userprofile%\desktop\zones.txt"
Attach zones.txt (present in your Desktop) with your reply.

Hi Ramesh,
I ran the query you requested and tried to copy and paste the output into
this message. The paste command was grayed out indicating nothing was
captured. I then opened NotePad and pasted in there. I saved to an rft file.
I then clciked on Select All/ Copy, and tried to Paste into this message
from NotePad; nothing copied. I opened a Word document and pasted in there.
It appears that I am unable to paste into Microsoft Messages even though I
can paste the same information into NotePad and Word. I wonder why this is.
Can you explain it to me? Could a program be interecpting and denying?
The PrtSc key on this notebook does not work. In order to caqpture a screen
I load the electronic Keyboard and use it's PrtSc key.
How else can I get the information to you? Can I use a redirector? I have
the output stored in my Documents folder in Ramesh1.rft and Ramesh2.rtf. The
screen scrolled, so I needed two files.

Hi KC,.
I'm wondering if this error is caused due to local machine zone security setting. Click Start, Run and type:
cmd /k reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0"
Press {ENTER}
Copy the output and paste it along with your reply.

When I search Microsoft Help and then click on any link produced by the
search I get, " An error has occurred on the script on this page".
"Err: Automation server can't create object. "
What causes this error message?
