If it has the factory installed XP and it's working, you shouldn't have to
buy it again.
When you bought the box, you also bought that version of XP.
You can't put it on another machine, but it should be fine on that one.

I have just bought a used Dell P4 2.4 GHz, now that pc has a windows xp
professional license sticker, Although seem simple but still want to
confirm do I need to buy Windows Xp again for this PC ?
