Hi KC,
I'm wondering if this error is caused due to local machine zone security setting. Click Start, Run and type:
cmd /k reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0"
Press {ENTER}
Copy the output and paste it along with your reply.

Yes, sometimes there are multiple pop-up windows, but irregardless of
whether I click on Yes or No the pop-up windows dissappear and the
information is displayed.

When I search Microsoft Help and then click on any link produced by the
search I get, " An error has occurred on the script on this page".
"Err: Automation server can't create object. "
What causes this error message?
