Have Xp professional on home laptop.Always have been using automatic
admin login. Now I need to setup a user account with limited access.
Created user account and rebooted. When i click on that account,
system will open a small box that says it was unable to load user
profile and that it was missing a file. But it doesnt say what file
is missing. Reset to default admin only account and everything works.

Any clues besides a reload??

The new limited user profile may be corrupted. Try creating another one;
if it succeeds remove the account that is showing an error on login.

The corruption may also be in the default profile (a hidden profile) which
gets copied to any new account created.
