Links in e-mail not connecting to ISP


Hi any one who can help.

I am running Mozilla Thunderbird as my e-mail program. All was fine
but suddenly, and I don't know when, when I click a link to an internet
site within the e-mail nothing happens. I have the same problem in
outlook express no links work.

My firewall program is Zone Alarm Security Suit, I have checked the
settings and all seem fine. I am also running Advanced Windows Care.

Can any one help please as it is driving me to distraction.
