My computer has booting problem recently but not sure is that related to
what I did recently:
- I have 2 SATA harddisk in internal mobile rack, 3rd SATA disk not in
mobile rack.
- 1st harddisk SATA with Win2K and Xp dual boot in C: and D: respectively.
- then swap the 1st and 2nd harddisk
- install Vista on 2nd harddisk

So that I can boot into XP/Win2K or Vista by swapping the 2 harddisk
ideally.

Now I got a problem, most of the time the BIOS does not boot up, always
give
me non system disk failure.

What motherboard are you using?

I had an Asus that would re-order the HDDs every time I changed one, system
or otherwise, forcing me to go into the BIOS and set the boot order again.

BTW, you are booting up, your OS is not loading.

Did you try going into the BIOS and checking the boot order?

Some BIOSes have an option to select a boot drive without entering the BIOS,
usually there will be a key listed at the bottom of the initial boot screen.

This doesn't sound like a Windows problem to me. I am assuming you installed
the three OSes properly and they would load normally before you started
swapping the disks.
