Hi Gary, I understand what you are saying as I frequently have to change
drive letters in disk management at work. What I am saying is that it is not
listed there as it is not installed in device manager

I'm not familiar with a yellow question mark in "Disk Management-only in
"Device Manager" so I'm wondering if you are looking in the right place,or
not. Not saying that it can't be there- I've just never seen it & admit
that
I don't really know that much at all about Disk Management myself. It's
just
that I had the same problem at work with my USB thumb drive because there
were other things occupying the particular drive letter that my USB Device
wanted to take & it was as easy as assigning it a different drive letter.
