Windows XP was the OS that was on the computer prior to the format. My
friend would like to keep the same OS as well (besides his comp is too
old to run Vista).
My best bet is to slave in a new CD drive and try that. Just in case
could the RAM pose as a problem??
I hope it's not the mobo.
