I have an LG Super Milti RW optical drive that is supposed to

trouble?
If so, what was your solution? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
Here are some facts about the hardware and my systyem that
might be of
help.
LG Drive Specifications from Device Manager:
HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H54N (assuming GSA-H54N is the model)
Windows system configuration:
Windows XP Home Edition SP2
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800
2.01 Ghz 1 Gig DDR Ram
I've tried everything to make this thing work.
Thx in advance

While Windows XP is capable of reading and writing CDs, it does
not include any native ability to do the same for DVDs. You
need to install third party DVD reading and burning software.
Most DVD-RW drives include basic versions of commercial
programs. Was any software packaged with your drive? If not,
here are a couple of free programs that you might find helpful.
