I don't know why "Gordon" said that turning Guest could be a Security
Risk.

Not me that says it - The Microsoft Baseline Security Advisor says it. And I
think you'll find that the security risk, is that anyone with the Guest
account enabled can be hacked by another machine that also has the guest
account enabled.
