They aren't needed with XP: Today's systems are SO fast that no
registry material that is no longer in use is going to noticeably slow
down your system.

There is absolutely NO demonstrable gain in speed after using a
"registry cleaner" that I am aware of. The only gain is a "mental"
one that obsessive-compulsive computer users think they see.

The vast majority of those users *** up their systems by using
registry cleaners and never post here.
