Just purchased nortons 360 and went to back up and cannot get my e-drive to
work. Went to my computer and when i right clicked on it a blank page came
up, tried doing the same with my d-drive and that worked. How can i check to
see why its not being deteced or maybe a driver not installed? Last year I
had some problems with my pc and Dell did a reformatt on it for me on-line.
Could have something not been installed? I did all the drivers myself--wow?
When I install a cd into the drive the light flashes and the little green
disk shows up next to the cursor momentarily and goes off. Now talking to my
daughter she says she hasn't been able to burn any music for some time
either. I can right click on the icon (my computer)and get to my properties.
LOST, any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Tim

In my opinion you are better off without Norton home security products. There are better products for this, that are less resource intensive, less problematic, and in some cases even free.
If you want suggestions post back.
