I am setting up a computer for someone and i copy there personal folders to
the new computer from the old computer over the network. my question is is
there a folder that you can copy that has all the installed network printers
on the old computer so that they will they be installed on the new computer
No. The printers' various and assorted driver files are liable to be
scattered throughout several system folders. You'll need to reinstall
the drivers (and any desired accompanying utilities) manually.
