I am having a problem with them when i run my antivirus it says they
have
both have changed. Can anyone help me fix them back? I am also having
problems with my internet freezing on me and can only fix it by going
to
task
manager. I am sure its happening because of the changes.

I am also having a problem when i close out anything on my computer..when
i close them sometimes they still stay up and sometimes they go away but
still stay on the bar at the bottom of my computer, i have tried to right
click and close them but it doesnt work.

You can open task manager and kill the process from there. Right click a
blank area of the taskbar, taskmanager.

When did this problem start? Is it a new and sudden occurrence? If so try
a system restore to a point when things worked.

Besides AVG for viruses what programs do you use to scan for spyware and
other non viral malware? You should be running several of these. Here are
some links for dealing with malware. I suggest you do a thorough scan for
it.

If the OS is clean, and the problem is still occurring start in safe mode
and test. Does it still occur in safe mode? If not then do some clean boot

Another thing to test is to create a new user account. Does it happen in
the new account?

Yes, the closing out of programs is a new thing that just started with my computer. And i also use McAfee Antivirus and firewall. And use Webroot spysweeper. Those do not show up when i run McAfee though. I just removed my AVG and reinstalled it and now they arent coming up anymore. Thank you for your help. I just dont understand why i am having so many problems with my computer when i only go to a few sites and they stay the same..nothing new. And i have only downloaded the avg to my computer from online nothing else. Now i am having a problem with a box popping up but only once in awhile and it says the instruction at "0x62304390" refrenced memory at " the same #" could not be read and to click ok to terminate the program. Tis only happens when i close out of internet explorer. Do you have any ideas why this might be happening? if so i would appreciate the help.
Thank You,
Elizabeth
