Sorry, I appreciate I am not being to clear.

I Have C:\ 110GB Primary Master Maxtor HDD FAT 32 with the system files
/ boot information

I Have D:\ 350GB Primary Slave Seagate HDD NTFS
with the WINDOWS/PROGRAM FILES etc.. on it

I Would Like:

C: 350GB Primary Master Seagate HDD NTFS with WINDOWS & Boot Files

& to throw away the failing Maxtor HDD
