Very Good! I wasn't sure if there was a forum. I also deactivated the
automatic update feature and thought that might fix the problem.
After turning that Off yesterday, my system Did go into Standby
and remained in stanby until the hibernate time was reached, at
which point it did go into hibernation. I thought I had it fixed,
but today it awoke from standby again. I'll check the forum for
responses to your post. Please let me know if you discover
something useful.

Unfortunately I've not found a fix for the AntiVir quirk. I gave
up on it as I was happy to have my screen saver function properly
and have the monitor turn off to save some miles on the LCD. I'd
actually rather leave my system running (easier on the HDD) and I
like AntiVir enough to accept it's quirk.
Since I'm still curious regarding the quirk, I've asked the
question in the AntiVir forums:

Possibly an answer will come there.
Good Luck!
