WOL fails on XP after 3 minutes

I have XP sp2 PC's with Marvell Yukon NIC's that I can wake via WOL.
The problem is after the PC is powered off for more than 3 minutes, I
can no longer wake them up. They are all connected to a Cisco 4000
switch.
To recap.
1. WOL functions shortly after powering PC off
2. WOL fails after it has been powered off for more than 3 minutes

Settings
MB BIOS - WAKE on lan enabled
XP driver config - use "magic packet", do not power NIC off, Auto Neg
speed and dup = ON
Switch ports - Auto Neg speed and dup = ON, PORTFAST on

Anyone have any ideas. I don't see any cisco commands to keep the link
active, I suspect that is the issue, the switch port is not forwarding
the magic packet (subnet broadcast)
