Hopefully I restored my system back and the previous error was:
"Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not
running. To fix this problem, start the service named help and
support.". I don't understand why the DVD is not present in my
computer. I had uninstalled pchealth but still there was DVD present.
But after some time I can't see it...........

I dowloaded the ZSoft Uninstaller from Download.com. I ran it and
decided to remove unnecessary programs. In the list I found
pchealth. I thought of it to be a virus or something and I clicked
on the uninstall button without even thinking what would happen
next. After a few days, I noticed that there wasn't any DVD Drive in
removable devices section. I attached a new DVD Drive in my
computer. A message from the taskbar said that a DVD Drive was
found. It disappeared after a few moments. Still there wasn't any
DVD drive that I could see in my computer. After that, I tried to
run help and support; but it said that the one of the required
services is not currently running or something like that. Then I
replaced the files in Windows\pchealth with the ones of my dad's
comp. Then it got worse! It said that it couldn't find helpctr.exe.
I restored the files before but the same thing again! I'm stuck at
this situation. Please help!
Hi Kamaljeet,
Try this first. Go into the Device Manager, and see if your DVD Rom drive is
listed under DVD/CDRom drives. You can get to the device manager by clicking
on System in the Control Panel, and then then tabbing on Hardware. Click on
Device Manager. Click on the [+] beside DVD/CD and highlight the DVD drive
right click to remove it. Reboot.
Windows will re-install a new copy of the driver. Check to see if your
drive is showing now.
See if that helps.
