I have encrypted some files in my document, for some reason, i can not
decrypt it. When i try to decrpt it, an error message pop out says that
access is denied. I am the administor of my personal computer, also, i am the
owner of the folder. Please help!!!

Did you use EFS that comes with XP Pro? If so here are some links with info on it.
