If you can't find a post search for it using Google Groups Advanced Search. Search for your name as author, this newsgroup is microsoft.public.windowsxp.general.
I replied in detail to your first post.
Better yet use a newsreader to access what are actually Usenet newsgroups instead of the awful web interface. XP comes with Outlook Express. Here is a link with info on how to set it up.

FYI, don't include your unmunged email address in a newsgroup post. You're giving an invitation saying "send me spam."
I suspect that Cambria isn't seeing any of these replies. She stated, "microsoft emailed me letting me know someone repllied but i never got the email and i dont no where to check it." I would imagine she is expecting her replies to arrive in the form of e-mails. I will e-mail her a link to the thread; hopefully this will work!
I know, it's a vicious loop. The web interface has been particularly on the fritz these past couple of days, but maybe she'll see it somehow, and hopefully it will help either the OP or others who see it.
