explorer.exe is not loading sometimes when windows boot

Hi everyone i have a lot of pc in the our environement that have sometimes
this problem.
explorer.exe is not loading sometimes when windows boot and their icons,
start menu and taskbar is not showing. We have to press CTRL-ALT-DEL and
lauch a new task "explorer.exe" that everything appear. I
Anyone had this problem ?
