Windows uppdates on CD

How to uppdate computer which is not connected to the internet? Sometimes it is connected to the net via modem, but it is to slow to do it.
Is there possibility to download all uppdates in iso format and burn DVD or CD and uppdate computers not connected to the network.
Please help me. I have more than 20 computer in the our devision without network card which need to be uoppdated from time to time. Any suggestion?
