Most likely, "Monitor.exe" will show up in that list and you should see
also where (Acronis or Zone Labs) that particular file belongs to.
Due to that poor behaviour, I'd recommend to uninstall the associated
software entirely.
I use both ZoneAlarm, albeit the free version, and Acronis True Image
Home version 10. Both of them are quite well behaved on my systems.
Also, in my task manager, the Acronis monitor is listed as
TimounterMonitor.exe and is politely using 0% at the moment. I don't
believe ZA or Acronis have anything to do with the OP's problem.
