One other thing you could try is to create a new user on your computerand
log on your computer using that new user.user
You can either do that by going in your start menu, control panel,
accounts. A window will open up with options to create a new user.Create
that user as an administrator then reboot and try logging in thecomputer
with that account and see if you have access to registry and taskmanager.
