None of the imaginative but inaccurate information provided by "db" will help you. You need to determine the underlying cause. The most common reason for this problem is malware although there certainly can be other causesThe First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

You haven't told us anything about your computers, your network (workgroup/domain?), your security, etc. Here are general questions that need to be answered to narrow down the troubleshooting:
You cannot have a scattershot attitude towards troubleshooting. It has to be methodical and proceed in a reasonable way. Post back with some answers for focused help.
