Have a system that lockup. winXP(home)
Did get TM opened(ctrl-alt-delete) and it showed under applications "several" TM's running. Also opened was PSP(Paint Shop Pro) and Word and they were 'not responding'.
I closed everything down(end task) and restarted system. Things seem to running ok but wondering why that would have happened and should I be concerned or was it a "fluke"?
Had been scanning a lot of large .jpg files.
Could that be the video card(64mg) overloaded? Been thinking about upgrading the card.

Thoughts/suggestions please,

L.

Can you replicate the situation? If not, don't worry about it, if you can, then troubleshooting starts.
