I am having trouble in Hotmail, when I click on an email sometimes my
computer freezes and there is a dns error at the bottom of the page. also
sometimes when in hotmail my computer goes to the network diagnostic page
and quite often freezes in that as well and I have to reset and restart. I
have looked at microsoft articles on this problem but they are too
difficult to understand. I am considering some sort of registry cleaner
but do not know what is safe and what isnt. Any help would be appreciated.
