Re: cannot download updates to disk

HI Rock,

No I don't know what I am doing wrong either.

I can download a C-media driver update ok,
but d/ling a hotfix just fails. After I have accepted the Eula, the screen
just returns to the first page when I logged on to the website, my download
basket is full of 23Mb but no download.

*Thankfully* a MS pro is on the case for me :).
If it doesn't work I'll be d/ling each hofix as you suggest.
Mani.

It's not clear what you are doing, to tell why it isn't working but one way
to do this is to lookup the update history, note the KB article numbers,
then search the KB for each article and follow the links in them for
downloading the updates.

This should work just fine as well using the windows update catalog so I
don't know what you're doing wrong.

To download an update you don't need to accept the EULA. That only happens when you are trying to install it.
