Re: Full Recycle bin that is really empty

This is more of a cosmetic problem than anything else and I can live with it, but curiosity makes me ask.

I'm using XP MCE SP-2 fully up-to-date. Now and then the Recycle bin icon takes on the "full" version, but when opening it, it is empty and the right mouse option to empty it says there is nothing to empty.

Is this a known bug? What causes it and how to correct it.
