If you give the newsgroup more info on what type of changes you need to what
types of programs etc then we can come up with a way to help you.

What you could do is create a registry file, use PSExec to execute regedit
with a switch importing the registry file

PSEXEC can be found here:

If your business has a programmer then get them to write an application that
imports the information from a text or XML file. This would be your best
option & is extremely simple to write
