Re: FAT32

I tried but because of the size of the disk, PM or anything else I had would
not allow me to format a rather large disk. After reading aout the
restriction, I created a small partition, formatted it and then PM allowed
me to expand the size.

Live and learn.

For simplicity, why didn't you use PM only, period?

Learned a few things here. I created a 32GB partition and formatted it
FAT32. Then with Partition Magic, I expanded the partition to 250 GB.

That was simple.

I have 2 HDD, 160GB and 250GB that I want to format as FAT32. How can I
do this easily with WinXP and/or Partition Magic? Is there another
utility (free) I can get on the web to do this?

Thanks
