Re: iexplore.exe fails every minute

I disabled the NVIDIA firewall rebooted the computer and started up the
Windows provided firewall. I am still experiencing the same error. I don't
understand why this is happening. What is causing the error to occur every
minute? I get this even if I am not running Internet Explorer at all.

nvappfilter.dll is associated with the NVidia Nforce Network Access
Manager - http://www.nvidia.com/object/security.html

I don't know. Maybe you need to uninstall that firewall. Have you contacted the tech support for it? Also did you try a system restore to before it started? You stated it was recent. What changed between when things were ok and now? Any updates of any kind?
