What happens when you try to open Add/Remove programs? See if this

If not what system changes were made between the time things worked
and now? Have you tried a system restore to the time things worked?

Go to Start | run, type in "control appwiz.cpl" without the quotes
and click ok. What happens?

Don't bother with Add/Remove. As ZSoft Uninstaller is much better anyway IMHO. ;)
