Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have a web folder in my explorer that has some images (JPEG). Even when
I set the explorer view to Thumbnails I am not able to view the
thumbnails. Is there a way to get XP to show thumbnails for images in web
folders? thanks
