You will need to do a repair install from your original Windows XP disc.

Hey i am thinking of upgrading my motherboard and processor.

Will i have to re-install windows as i have lost my disc however i still
have my product key.

i have windows XP PRO Retail Upgrade installed.

If so will i loose the data on my HDD and how do i obtain a new disc?
