P.S. - you don't have an HP scanner do you?
Yes, I sure do have an HP scanner - that doesn't work! Some of the work I'm currently doing
is with the HP people to try to remove all of the existing HP software so I
can re-install from disk. I'm having fits getting that done. They don't have a good 'Remove' or uninstall program. Arghhh!
Thanks much for your help.
Mike
Reason I asked is because one MS article made reference to that with a particular fix for it.
If Kelly's doesn't fix it, google it on google groups to find the HP fix.
